An IT Bites associate was contacted by UNDP to assist their PeopleSoft Global Payroll (GP) project because in the US, little is known about GP as they have their own US Payroll module. The associate contacted us and we formed a small team that eventually won the work through an RFP process.
Our role was to establish a PeopleSoft Global Payroll Centre of Excellence in Copenhagen. Using our GP experience, we looked to create an optimal COE that would leverage all that GP offered, while at the same time making sure working practices would not be compromised in any way – the role of any payroll department being to always pay staff on time.
We worked with UNDP teams in the US and Denmark, along with the PeopleSoft System Integrator.
