Project details
UNHCR, like other UN agencies, had decided to deploy PeopleSoft v8 HCM. We were introduced following our successful involvement with a sister UN agency, UNDP.
We were appointed to assist UNHCR in getting ready for their deployment, and preparing documentation to go out to RFP for identification of a systems integrator (SI). Our experience was of particular interest because PeopleSoft Global Payroll was in scope, and our team were involved in the early adoption of the module at Unilever.
Our 6 month involvement saw extensive requirements gathering and the production of a detailed Project Charter. This led to creation of Request for Proposal, and our advice on integrators to contact.
Having appointed their SI, we returned on occasion to provide peer reviews as the project progressed.
