Project details
This project represented our first partnership with Alight Solutions as Test Managers on one of their customer projects.
Already live on Workday for a number of years, this ‘Extend’ project required implementation of the Advanced Compensation module to 52 countries. Our responsibility extended from developing and agreeing Test Strategies and Plans, through to detailed test scenario creation, and subsequently test execution and monitoring. Stepping outside of our brief, IT Bites also developed end user documentation and guides, and provided training.
Following the successful go live of Advanced Compensation, we were retained to provide similar services on Absence and Time Attendance roll-out in 25 countries, followed by Enterprise Recruiting.
