ICAP needed to centralise their HR function across the globe. Workday was selected, and a Workday partner, Kloud acted as prime on the project.
Having certified as a Workday Engagement manager with Kloud, Steve became the Engagement Manager on the project.
Responsible for managing the Kloud team, and liaising with ICAP and Workday, we followed the Workday methodology to a successful go live in all territories some 9 months later.
