Background

In July 2002, Unilever launched a new HR Service Centre.   In support of the launch a requirement existed to develop and deliver a range of training courses covering application systems, including PeopleSoft HR and Global Payroll. 

Deliverables

Design and delivery of eight Training courses for end-users: 

1. Introduction to Unilever Desktop

2. Introduction to Unilever Help Desk

3. Introduction to peoplelink Intranet

4. Introduction to PeopleSoft HRMS (View only)

5. Introduction to PeopleSoft Global Payroll (View only)

6. Introduction to PeopleSoft Benefits (View Only)

7. PeopleSoft Reporting

8. Maintaining Data HR and Benefits. 

Delivery

IT Bites worked closely with the application development teams and the business in the design of these courses as it was important that the delivery included not only how to use the application, but also how it would be used in support of business process.  The training courses were delivered over a number of weeks to the new recruits and the materials and courses were extremely well received.
