An 8.01 implementation that went live in September 2003. As
the project entered the final phases of testing, a need was identified to ensure
that all users operated the system in a consistent manner. Abbey National
considered IT Bites End User Support Pack the perfect solution to this
requirement.

An End User Training Course comprising 11 lessons

A Processing Guide documenting in excess of 100
transactions that Abbey were likely to undertake in the live operation.
Delivery
Abbey took the complete End User Support Pack in template form, and elected
to adapt transactional materials themselves. They retained the services of IT
Bites to customise training materials to match the configuration and
customisation of their PeopleSoft implementation.
