When a role with a client finishes, we try to reflect on the work we have done, to learn any lessons and we like to incorporate this into 'template' products that we can then take to our next clients. It is not enough for us to say, simply, that all our experience is in our head - we like to have documentary evidence to back it up.

To this end, we are developing products which can, on a fixed price basis if necessary, be handed over to clients for use by their internal project teams. Usually, the price will include a number of consulting days which allow the product to be tailored to the customer needs. We believe that this allows clients to gain rapid ROI based on real practitioner experience.

Ideally, of course, you will be so impressed with our work that you will also want us to be active participants in the project itself.
