Spirit Group Project Manager, PeopleSoft Global Payroll
Northampton, UK Feb 2004 - May 2004

The role involved re-aligning the project scope and plan for outstanding work, and co-ordinating the various internal and external teams. In simplifying and re-structuring the project, Steve enabled Spirit Group to more readily understand the position they had reached within the project, and they came to the conclusion that project objectives no longer mapped to business drivers, and the project was cancelled.
