Synopsis
Since 1997, Nikki has
been involved in various implementations of the PeopleSoft application
covering version 5.1 through to Version 8.8. This now includes over
4 years commercial exposure to version 8 as she
was involved with one of the first UK Implementations.
Within this time Nikki has
led one full-cycle PeopleSoft 8 HRMS Implementation; been a senior member of
the team on one full-cycle PeopleSoft 8 Global Payroll Implementation; led 1
PeopleSoft upgrade; and been responsible for the implementation of most of
the HRMS modules including: Workforce Administration;
Positions; Absence; Training; Health & Safety; and Payroll Interface to name
a few.
Since working with the PeopleSoft
application Nikki has carried out a wide variety
of activities mainly focused on the implementation or upgrade of the
application from a functional perspective and, among other responsibilities,
have:

Managed functional and technical teams
o
Led workshops regarding prototyping,
business needs analysis and fit/gap
o
Created and led sign-off of functional
specifications
o
Led and managed execution of all phases
such as Data Conversion, UAT and Go-live
o
Developed and delivered a range of End User
Training Courses covering modules such as Workforce Administration; Position
Management; Base Benefits; Global Payroll and Query Reporting.
o
Created numerous operational procedures
manuals covering processes in connection with HR Admin; Benefits Admin and
Operational Payroll.
o
Carried out Training Needs Analysis and
developed and executed plans for end-user training.
Nikki is extremely task orientated
& able to quickly grasp the requirements of the
activity and is comfortable taking ownership
managing the task to a successful outcome. She has
excellent influencing skills and is experienced
dealing with employees at all levels including end users; business process
managers; and colleagues on technical teams.
